Overview At KrishnaSakhi Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, free of charge.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp/email with your order number.
Return Eligibility Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The product is significantly different from the description
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging
Return Window Raise a return request within 48–72 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos as proof. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, etc.)
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the request
No Replacement Policy We offer refunds only — we do not offer product replacements due to our dropshipping fulfillment model.
