Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos/proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
