6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 6–7 business days — FREE
  • Express delivery: 3–4 business days — ₹40
  • Priority delivery: Within 2 business days — ₹90
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for wrong, damaged, or defective products reported within 48–72 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
